Jen Stark is a very brilliant young artist, she really is an inspiration for me. i have a keen interest in paper arts and her paper sculptures are genius, very beautiful i really really love them. her paper sculptures were made from layers and layers and layers of hand-cut papers, arranged in such a way that they became a beautiful sculpture. besides her sculptures, her drawings are also amazing. i love the details and the color combination, that made her drawings look like a beautiful chaos. she has done some solo and group exhibition, and got some awards. she is v e r y t a l e n t e d.

goodbye rumah simprug

sunday, 6th june 2010, we had our last lunch together in simprug, enin and eyang's house. on our last lunch, we shared the good memories, our adventurous childhood memories. we remembered the excitement of playing with fireworks at the backyard with eyang, shula's costume party, the challenge games we created, our little performances at enin's birthday, our silly rules for playing games, sleepovers with cousins, and enin playing solitaire cards. we had our last tour in the house, and strangely, the empty rooms looked so small. they looked sad, we were all sad, thinking simprug would be sold and might even be demolished. too many good memories there, especially memories of enin and eyang. goodbye rumah simprug, thank you for being such a home for us.
